From a client question to shared knowledge.

  1. Find the relevant context

Ask a client question. The planned assistant brings together relevant information from documents, Slack and business tools, with the sources behind it.

  2. Have the right people check it

Your team checks the explanation against the evidence. Save the confirmed answer with its sources, the people who checked it and the confirmation date.

  3. Reuse it with its context

When the question comes up again, find the saved answer and its confirmations. If the underlying information has changed, check the answer again before relying on it.

An answer you can trace.

A useful client answer connects what was agreed, what was discussed and what actually happened. The intended workflow keeps those sources visible, alongside the people who confirmed the explanation.

What was agreed
Contracts and documents
What changed
Slack conversations
What happened
Business tools and read-only database data

Keep the evidence and its limits.

Access to business sources is planned as read-only; confirmed answers will be stored separately. Reuse must respect current source permissions. A team confirmation does not grant access or make an answer permanently correct.

See the workflow through two questions.

Where did the extra project hours come from?

Follow a fictional fixed-fee project from 40 agreed hours to 60 logged hours. Compare the contract, a redesign request and the recorded work.

When can a confirmed answer be reused?

See what an answer needs to keep: its evidence, the people who checked it, its date and the reasons to check it again.
