Your team’s shared memory

Your company already knows the answer.
Find it.

Stop repeating the same searches. Find context across your documents, conversations and business tools. Reuse answers your team has confirmed, with their sources and the people who validated them.

Our assistant

In development

One question. The right context. An answer worth keeping.

The same question comes up again. Context is scattered across several tools. A confirmed answer could help the next person who needs it. Here’s an example of a client commitment.

For SMEs and startups worldwide.

Fictional example · planned workflow

An answer found. A team that builds on it.

  1. Find the client commitment

    Recurring question
What did we agree with this client for the launch?

    Sources consulted

    • Shared document · launch plan
    • Slack · conversation with the client team
    • HubSpot · client record
  2. Confirm and keep

    Saved answer
A two-stage launch: project team access first, then company-wide access after the client lead approves.
    • Confirmed by Alex · October 8, 2026
    • Also confirmed by Sam · October 8, 2026

The answer is kept with its sources, confirmations and confirmation dates.

  3. Reuse across the team

Later, Maya asks the same question
What did we agree with this client for the launch?
    The confirmed answer is found
A two-stage launch: project team access first, then company-wide access after the client lead approves.
    • Confirmed by Alex · October 8, 2026
    • Also confirmed by Sam · October 8, 2026

Sources kept with the answer: launch plan, Slack conversation and HubSpot record.

Planned integrations

Microsoft 365 · Google Workspace · Slack · HubSpot · read-only databases

Planned integrations, data access and versions

Integrations will be introduced gradually.

Read-only access to business sources is planned. Reuse must respect current access rights; confirming an answer does not widen its audience.

Meeting content would come from your connected tools. An optional open-source capture tool is being considered for a later release.

Release roadmap

First planned release

International version

A hosted assistant for teams worldwide. Claude is the planned model for this version.

Later on the roadmap

Regional version

Hosted storage and processing in defined territories. Mistral is planned for the European option; supported territories will be specified before release.

Installation in a client’s environment is a separate custom project.

Is this just a note-taking tool?

The goal goes beyond meetings: find context across documents, conversations and business tools, then keep confirmed answers in a shared memory.

Who can see saved answers?

The design calls for each person’s current access rights to apply. Confirming an answer must not expose its information to unauthorized people.

What if information changes?

A confirmed answer can become outdated. If its information or sources change, it needs to be checked and confirmed again before reuse.
